City Business Fees

Three city police officers serve the town. The fire department consists of a fire chief / emergency medical technician, an additional EMT, and 20 volunteer firefighters. The town's fire rating is a Class 5.

Bull Shoals' water system pumps on average 170,000 gallons/day from Bull Shoals Lake and has storage of 500,000 gallons. Monthly residential water rates are $14.64 for the first 2,000 gallons used, plus $4.50 for every additional 1,000.

Trash pickup service is provided to customers by the company which receives the bid for city trash pickup, and the city operates a recycling project. Both programs together cost $11.50 per month.
